Problem Statement

Why is there a mismatch in session IDs in the Session Tracking Details report and exported excel?

Solution

Once the Session Tracking Details report is exported to excel, it truncates the integer while viewing, and on saving it gets saved with the last few digits being turned to 0's.

To overcome this limitation of Excel, user can view the report in google sheet by uploading the report in it by following the below steps:

1. Open Google Sheets

2. Choose “File” → “Import” → “Upload” → “Select a file from your computer.”

3. Choose your CSV file from your Documents or Desktop folder.

4. Choose “Import data.”
