Unable to Trigger the Search Session Report

Tried to send myself a search session report for last few months but didnt received the report

Answer

While exporting the report, the time taken to receive the report via email is directly proportional to the amount of information available in it. Sometimes, it could even take as high as 15-20 minutes to receive the report depending upon the amount of data.

However in certain cases, if we place multiple requests to export the report then the process may get stuck. If it happens, please reach out to the support team at support@searchunify.com to kill the process so that the report can be downloaded again.

Note - At once, you can only export data for the last 6 months and the data is available for the last 12 months only.
