Boosted Documents are not Showing in Top of the Search Results

Problem Statement

Boosting is applied for a document but they are not appearing on the top as per the boosting applied

Solution

Boosting for a keyword only works if that keyword is available in the article. In case the keyword is not there, make use of synonyms. A synonym can be added for the actual keyword, to get a document boosted. Please refer to the below article on how to add a synonym.
