Sorting Recently-Crawled Documents and Viewing Last Crawl Time of a Document

Answer

Last Crawl Date

Click Live Docs in Content Sources to find a list of all indexed documents. Then, select a date range and a search client and an object. The articles crawled between the selected date range and linked to the selected search client and object are pulled up. It's important to note here that no documents turn up in when the last crawl date for all documents falls outside the Select Date range and/or the content source isn't liked to search clients. In the latter case, Select Search Client and Select Object dropdowns is disabled.

Look for the doc whose last crawl date you want to know.

Sort Recently Crawled

Click the sort button in Last Crawled to view recently crawled documents first.
