Problem Statement
- User is not able to log in to SU community with new credentials created after the registration.
- New user is unable to comment on his open cases after successfully completing the registration.
Solution
For current users
The SearchUnify community has been updated. If you already have an account and cannot log in, then use Forgot my password to create a new password and log in using it.
- Click Login.
- Click Forgot my password.
- Enter your email address.
- You'll receive a password reset link. Use it to create a new password.
For new users
- Click Register.
- Enter your name and email, and click Sign up.
- Use Create a password to set up a password and log in.
