In the Analytics session details report, how can a user access sessions where a case is created but no search is performed?

On a case creation page there cannot be a scenario where a case is created without performing a Search. This is because every time a customer visits case creation page and enters a subject (which is mandatory field in all case forms), then Subject will be considered as a search term based on which relevent articles will be shown on case cration page. Post that if a customer creats a case with/without clicking on a result, the subject of the case will be tracked as "Text Searched (Support Page)" in a user session.
