Status page has been introduced in the M22 Release. You can access it from your admin panel or by going straight to https://status.searchunify.com. On the page, log in with the email and password used for accessing your SearchUnify instance.
For example, if name@company.com
and password@2022
work on https://yourinstance.searchunify.com
, then it will work on https://status.searchunify.com.
However, if you haven't yet upgraded to M22, and want to stay on top of your incidents (tickets), then go to https://status-internal.searchunify.com/statusPageLogin. This status page works only on M21, C21, and older instances.
IMPORTANT: Status Page for C21, M21 and older instances will be deprecated.
