- Filtering Activity type on "Session tracking report" does not give filtered report on UI
- Unable to search query in the "Session Tracking Details" search box.
- Unable to search email ID in the "Session Tracking Details" search box.
1)The filters work on the "details" page of a session.
Click on the session number, available on "session tracking details" report in order to get the details of a particular session.
We've added as a feature request to allow to facet on all columns in the UI.
The purpose of various filters/drop-down is to let the Admin access precise data instead of going over the records.
For instance, if an Admin is required to access the sessions where a search was performed and the users clicked on the search results.
The admin can enable "With Searches" check and check "Clicked search Results" in "All Activities" drop-down ( Uncheck others ).
Please note, the data will be available only in the downloaded report (Download icon available on the top right corner of the session tracking report).
Admin can search by the search query in "Session Tracking Deatails" section.
Thereby, Admin can access the relevant sessions where a certain search query was used and did the system reveal right data or not.
Admin can search by the email ID in "Session Tracking Deatails" section.
Thereby, Admin can access the relevant sessions for a particular email ID.
