Does SearchUnify also boost an article for all synonyms defined for a keyword used in Search Tuning?

Answer

Expected behaviour of Search Tuning is that and exact keyword will be used for boosting an article and any synonyms defined for the tuned keyword will not be considered.

Problem Statement How to delete a keyword to remove keyword boosting on a document? Environment Production Reported product version Colubridae 19 Resolved in version Colubridae 19 Module Search Tuning Solution: An article can be boosted for multiple keywords in the SearchUnify Admin. For deleting a word for a boosted document, please follow the below steps: Go to Search Tuning > Keyword based. Select the Search client from the top right corner for which the keyword needs to be deleted. Search for the document and click on Add Keywords on the right. The keywords dialog box will appear on the screen which has the list of keywords for which the document is already boosted. Click Delete in front of the keyword which you want to remove. The document boosting shall be stopped for that keyword.

Solution Follow these steps to boost a document for multiple keywords: Log into your instance and go to Search Tuning. Click Keyword Based. Search with any of the three keywords or search with the title of the document. Locate the document and click "Add keyword" option. Enter all the three keywords one at a time and assign the document the desired rank. Click Save. For all these three keywords, the selected document will show up at the desired position. Reported in version Colubridae'20 Resolved in version Colubridae'20 Module Search Client Solution Search results can be obtained from the Admin Panel. Here are the steps to export search results. Log in to the Admin Panel and go to "Search Tuning" section. Navigate to Test Your Tuning tab Type a search keyword and hit Enter Click Send Results Via Email Icon next to the search box. Click Number of results to export. Report is generated and sent via email address to the Admin.
