A little Feedback on the Admin Panel
- Dashboard should reflect more positivity:
Overall Search Conversion percentage is always lesser than Unique Search Conversion percentage.
Eg: One of our client was under an impression that their conversion percentage is 37 % and has decreased from 50% which they had before SearchUnify implementation and they were worried. However their unique conversion percentage is above 90%.
- Clients ask us to explain conversion and conversion percentage. The industry wise used term is "Click through rate" Let's change it to avoid confusion.
