Knowbler to edit published articles

Our analysts love creating new articles on Knowbler. They are asking why we cannot modify articles that are published using Knowbler. 

They far prefer the user interface of Knowbler over Salesforce Knowledge. And they would like to be able to edit inside the Knowbler interface.

  Glad to hear that your agents are happy using Knowbler.

  I have two questions related to this request:

  1.Would the agents just like to see the edit option for their own published articles?

  2. Are there any permissions associated to be able to edit published articles of other agents ?

  1. They would like to be able to edit any article, no matter who created it.

  2. There are not permissions associated with editing other agent's articles.
