    Hi Shuli Finkelstein

You've also submitted another feature request asking for a feature to add a content source through a configuration file. Is that feature also intended for a website content source?

Essentially, the feature you're requesting involves creating a clone or copy of an existing content source. Yes, this feature can be added to the product pipeline. This feature can be created for types other than website source as well. However, it would be beneficial only if, in your use case, all the selectors are the same for all websites. Otherwise, selectors will need to be changed for every content source.

All of our content sources  for all of our doc sites are defined identically. The only difference is the Sitemap that is being pointed to and one of the selector values in the rule, which needs to point to a product specific folder.

    Hi Shuli Finkelstein,

Thank you for the clarification. We have carefully reviewed your suggestion, and it makes sense to streamline our content sources which will be said as Clone Content Source. We are pushing this idea to our backlog for further consideration and planning.

Your contribution to our improvement efforts is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks
