Ability to create Content Source NOT through the UI

We would like to have the ability to create Content Source NOT through the UI. 

For example, through a configuration file

  Thank you for submitting the feature request.

  Considering that various Content Sources have distinct requirements, such as the need for an OAuth connection in some sources, creating a universal feature for all might be challenging.

  I have a few questions that will assist in defining the requirements for this feature:

  • For which specific content source type do you need this feature?
  • Are you facing any challenges when adding Content Sources from the UI?
  • Do you prefer an API interface, or would uploading a manifest file be adequate?

  2. In general, there is not enough room in the fields to see the whole value that is filled in. For example, mostly, editing the selectors in the rule base is very challenging because the visible space for the field is tiny, and you can never see the whole value at once.

  3. We'd love an API interface or the ability to upload a minfest :)
