Is feature available in Lightning?

Is Send Link as Case Comment and Send Link as Email available in Salesforce Lightning? This article in the SU community indicates that it is only for Classic. https://community.searchunify.com/topic/290/support-rep-s-guide-to-productivity-with-sf-console

  Sharing links as email is still limited to Classic, but you can now link cases as comments on Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning. I have removed the Classic-only tag from section 2D to reflect the change.

  Is there reporting for the "Send Link as Case Comment" and "Send Link as Email" features?
