How case form is set up so users dont overlook suggestions?
The recommendations during Stage 2 Case Deflection are helpful. To ensure that the users don't overlook them, article suggestions are placed on an intermediate page that anyone creating a ticket has to go through before clicking "Submit."
When it works, the suggestions page amazes users. When it doesn't, the page seems like an obstruction.
How is your case form set-up? Do the suggestions appear just below the subject line? Right or left to the subject line? Or have you come up with a completely new arrangement? I'm interested in hearing from you.
