Search Sessions don't match
I've realized that searches on our support form are counted into our overall search data. This is confusing as a user searching on the search page and a user having a search done for them automatically while creating a case are two very different instances. I don't think this data should be combined.
Also, on the Overview tab searches on the support form are counted in Search Sessions and Successful Sessions but on the Conversions tab they are removed resulting in different numbers for the same thing depending on which tab you're on. It would be very helpful to keep these two things separate as they are two very different use cases.
