What am I seeing in the crawl log files?

Yes I am the type of person who will watch what is happening in the log files during a crawl.
We are crawling Salesforce and the log file shows:
[time stamp] err null
many times followed by
[time stamp] done with topics
[time stamp] done eversync
[time stamp] fetching sales data
[time stamp] batch job id [id string]

This whole scenario repeats many times.
I am guessing that it is processing the records in small batches and that is why it repeats over and over. What I would like to know is what are errors and warnings for?

  Apologies for a very delayed response, and thanks for highlighting this in the community.
  
  You are right that we are processing the data in small batches and there had been some issues with these logs. We received the same feedback from a couple of other users and we have worked on this.
  
  With our latest release -Mamba 22 we have revamped the logging interface so that it is easy for the end-user to understand these logs. Request you to contact support/CSM for upgrade to the latest release.
