At SearchUnify, we adopt a Voice of Customer (VoC) approach; which means we go straight to the source to gather, share, and act upon any feedback.
The program aims to capture your wants, needs, preferences, aversions, highlights, and pain points, and provide us better visibility into your SearchUnify journey.
This feedback loop enables us to:
· Augment the platform and its underlying applications and features
· Streamline workflows that impact your experience
· Build more profound connections with all customers and partners
Your insight directly impacts our feature & connector pipeline, beta launches, expert talks, among others. We understand the best way to find what you want, what keeps you up at night, and what the ideal solution would be is to ask or observe you.
To that end, we collect feedback from a variety of channels such as:
· Customer Community
· Third-party surveys from Forrester, Info-Tech, etc.
· User Group Meetings
· CSAT & NPS surveys
Collating all this data helps us get a more comprehensive understanding of your current and desired state as well as how SearchUnify can pitch in to expedite the process.
Nifty, right? We’re planning a couple more exciting initiatives to ensure all the voices are heard. One of the ensuing events planned in August is User Group Meeting, wherein some of our distinguished customers would be presenting their journey and experience with SearchUnify.
