One of the API attachedOnCase Body parameter is url, which itself takes input from the value of docid from the API attachedArticles. As per the documentation only 1 value of docid is permissible for invoking API articleCreatedCases.

Can I pass multiple docid values in the API call of attachedOnCase? If Yes what is the format for the same and what is the limit imposed on it currently?

  Hey @... you can pass only 1 docid in the api call, multiple docids are not supported at the moment. It is a great idea though, if we can pass multiple docid's to fetch bulk data in 1 api call. Hopefully it will be added in future release plan.

  Thanks for the confirmation. On a different note, it articleurl can also be used as a filter or only docid? Seen for couple of cases that articleurl can also be used as a filter but sadly API never returned any output
