Selecting or rejecting synonyms

I have to manually accept or reject the synonyms that are automatically populated in the synonym factory. What’s the default setting? Are they by default selected until I reject them, or by default rejected until I select them? Can I change the default setting?

  There is no default setting. List populates synonyms automatically but its the admin who has to decide if they are relevant and can be added to the master list or not. Admin approval/rejection also helps the algorithm to learn.
