We are excited to officially announce the launch of our new customer education series - “Learning with Lynette” hosted by Lynette Ledoux, Customer Success & Search Specialist at SearchUnify, each session in the series aims to bring stories and best practices from the front lines of SearchUnify practitioners and customers, to help you make the most of your SearchUnify instance.

The inaugural session is being hosted in collaboration with Cornerstone OnDemand. Tune in on August 12, 2021, at 10:00 AM PST to hear Cheryl Zupke, a KCS v6 certified practitioner and Technical Content Developer at CSOD, shed light on how leveraging search tuning and insights gleaned from SearchUnify’s analytics reports helped maximize relevance and improve the cumulative case deflection from 39% to 50% within three months.
