@lynette-ledoux who has recently joined SearchUnify as Customer Success & Search Specialist shared her best practices on optimizing and improving the overall search experience by leveraging Search Tuning.

With useful insights on how we can use various components of tuning for best results, she shared her experience building and integrating content for the Macmillan iclicker community. This session was later on joined by @Saurabh-Jain, Senior Program Manager and Customer Success - SearchUnify where he presented us with best practices on Case Deflection and Search Tuning.
