Please find release notes for latest updates in the community.

Support: We have been receiving some tickets on inaccessibility of Team Cases, Comment on Cases and issues with attaching a file while creating a case. We have fixed those issues with our May release.

A. For allowed attachment type and size, please read here. We have also put a disclaimer right at the place of attachments in the case form.



B. We have made some changes to access Case Form as well and today onwards, users would need to login to community in order to create a case.


User Group Meet Recordings: We held our 2nd User Group Meet on 19th May 2021 and recordings are available in the Video Library here.
