Cognitive Search

• Search Client for Higher Logic Vanilla: The updated search client simplifies the process for your community members to find the information they need across all of your organization's data sources.

• View Tickets in Zendesk Agent Workspace:This allows Zendesk Console search client users to choose whether tickets are open in a new browser tab or within the Zendesk Agent Workspace.

• Salesforce Community Search Client in LWC: Our Salesforce Community Search client is now powered by Lightning Web Components (LWC), providing faster performance, improved security, and quicker load times.

SearchUnify Virtual Assistant (SUVA)

• Admin Panel’s Navigation: There have been some prominent changes in the navigation: 

1. Analytics and Large Language Model sections are now available in the left navigation menu. 
2. Intent Suggestions section has now been renamed to NLP Manager and can be spotted in the left navigation menu.

• Partner-Provisioned LLMs: Integration with partner-provisioned LLMs, such as Claude by AWS, has been introduced. These models ensure data privacy by not storing data, unlike other third-party LLMs.

Knowbler

• Release Version in Admin Panel: Users can now discover which release version they are currently on by looking at the top left corner of the admin panel.

• LLM Usage Dashboard: Monitors the tokens exchanged between all connected LLMs and Knowbler.
