Action Required: Update Your Zendesk API Authentication

We want to inform you about an important change announced by Zendesk. Zendesk is deprecating basic authentication (email & password) for APIs, but you will be able to continue using it until December 31, 2025. To ensure the continued functionality of your integrations, you will need to migrate to OAuth or token-based basic authentication.
