We’re thrilled to announce the Knowbler Q3 ’25 release — packed with features designed to make knowledge discovery & Optimization easier for everyone. Here are the key updates:
What’s New

Federated Search for Salesforce:
Support agents can now search across multiple content platforms (not just Salesforce) using the Search Adapter. This means finding existing knowledge from elsewhere becomes easier, helping reduce duplicates and improve case resolution times. -
Enhanced Reviewer Mode (Zendesk):
The content review workflow in Zendesk has been improved. Reviewers can publish articles directly, or return them to agents for edits. There are better filter options so reviewers can sort by evaluation status, view agent-submitted drafts, etc. -
Retire (Archive) Articles in ServiceNow:
Agents/admins can now retire knowledge articles in ServiceNow.

The archived articles are:
- Removed from the Overview Report
- Excluded from the Low Impact KB Article Report
- No longer appear in the downloaded CSV reports
- Not considered in calculating the Content Health and Content Health Summary reports
- No longer appear in the Duplicacy Checker
