Flexible Multi-Cloud AI & Smoother Agentic Experiences in SUVA Q3 ’25
We’re happy to announce that SUVA Q3 ’25 is now generally available! This latest update brings improvements in flexibility, continuity, and navigation, particularly in the Agentic Interface. Here’s what’s new and improved:
Key Additions & Improvements
- Multi-Cloud Agentic Integration
You can now connect SUVA’s Agentic with multiple large language models (LLMs) providers (e.g., Gemini, Azure, AWS, OpenAI) at the same time. This gives you flexibility to pick providers based on performance, cost, domain fit, etc.
- Retain Chat History on Page Refresh
The chat history in the Agentic interface will now be preserved even if you refresh the page. No more losing context—and only cleared if you explicitly start a new chat.
- Fixed Salesforce Case URL Redirection:
If you click on a Salesforce case URL inside a SUVA response, it should now redirect properly to the intended case page.
