Follow-Up: Salesforce Security Changes & SearchUnify Update
Following up on our earlier announcement regarding Salesforce's upcoming security requirements we'd like to share an update:
As part of the changes, our team will be deploying backend updates to both Sandbox and Production instances.
Depending on how the changes roll out, you may need to re-connect your Salesforce content source (via Salesforce OAuth) in SearchUnify. Your Customer Success Manager will reach out to let you know if and when this is required, with clear instructions.
The SearchUnify team is actively handling this. As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to your CSM.
