Deployment Update: Salesforce Security Changes Now Rolling Out

Following up on our earlier announcements regarding Salesforce's security requirements — we'd like to share the next step in our rollout. We have started deploying the backend changes to Sandbox instances in phases, starting today. The phased rollout to Production instances will begin tomorrow.

At this stage, no action is required from customers. As shared earlier, depending on how the changes roll out, you may need to re-connect your Salesforce content source (via Salesforce OAuth) in SearchUnify. Your Customer Success Manager will reach out to let you know if and when this is required, with clear instructions.
