Customer Onboarding for Implementations, Upgrades, and Change Requests
There are 4 phases for Customer Onboarding
- Kickoff Meeting
- Implementation
- Go Live
- Journey to Success
The Kickoff meeting happens before the project begins.
It’s intended to help introduce you to the team and to provide you with the proper understand of what to expectation once the project starts
During the Implementation phase, we gather and define the project requirements and build the project plan, tasks, and timeline. You can access all of the project details in our Customer Portal.
The Go Live phase is where we take our tested and validated solution and put it live in your production environment. Once live, we monitor and support. Your Customer Success Manager trains you/your team on how to administer, configure, and run reports.
The Journey to Success is the final phase of Onboarding. Your Customer Success Manager monitors our solution and provides you with detailed analysis, reporting, and recommendations to ensure our solution exceeds your expectations. Journey to Success progress can also be tracked in our Customer Portal.
