Customer Onboarding: Go Live
The Go Live phase of onboarding is where we take our tested and validated solution and activate it in your Production environment. Once live, we monitor and support. (watch video)
At this phase of the project, the SearchUnify solution has completed and passed User Acceptance Testing, the code is frozen (no changes), and signed off by you (the customer).
Deploy to Production
SearchUnify will now reach out to you for access or to assist with the installation of the SearchUnify application to your Production Environment.
The SearchUnify team will share a production checklist that includes prerequisites, tasks, and potential down time.
Once the SearchUnify solution is deployed to Production, SearchUnify does a final validation and performs sanity testing and addresses any issues that may occur.
Hypercare Period
Now that the solution is Live in Production, the dedicated team we established in the previous implementation phase takes over and monitors and supports your solution. This period is also referred to as the Hypercare period. The duration of the Hypercare period will vary based on the complexity of the solution.
SearchUnify's Community site will be used to submit and track Feedback, Issues, or Questions.
All submitted tickets are reviewed and responded to by the SearchUnify Support team.
You can access the Community Support site at this URL: community.searchunify.com.
Customer Success Manager (CSM)
The last step of Go Live is for your SearchUnify dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to provide training to anyone on your team on how to administer and configure the SearchUnify solution.
We'll make sure the training addresses the solution we provided and we also provide documentation and training videos to help you with this journey.
